The return of cosmetics and other cosmetic products (for example, makeup brushes) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the above product groups are not subject to return and exchange, including if:
— the selected color, smell or consistency of the cosmetic product does not meet expectations;
— the effect of using the product does not meet expectations;
Identification of product defects and warranty cases
To identify defects, the store takes the product for diagnosis. All expenses for its implementation are borne by the store.
If, after examination, it turns out that the product was originally defective, then the store either returns the money or sends a new product of proper quality.
